At FreshCryo.com, we take pride in providing high-quality cold chain supplies designed for one-time or limited-use applications. Due to the nature of our products—such as ice packs, box liners, and other consumable packaging materials—we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds at this time.

Our products are considered consumables, which means they are intended for one-time use or become unsellable once opened or used.

For health, safety, and quality control reasons, all sales are final.

We do not provide return labels or return addresses, and any items sent back to us will not be processed or returned.

For wholesale customers, the above return policy also applies. If you are purchasing a product for the first time, we strongly recommend visiting our retail section to order a small quantity (minimum order: 1 unit) to test before placing a large-volume order. Please note that we do not offer free samples.
